About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Security Analyst to safeguard the organisations systems, networks, and data against evolving security threats.

In this role, youll take ownership of threat monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management, ensuring the organisations security posture remains robust and compliant.

Youll also lead the development of security policies, awareness programmes, and best practices, collaborating closely with IT, engineering, and compliance teams to maintain a secure and resilient environment.

Responsibilities

• Threat Monitoring & Response Continuously monitor systems and networks for security incidents, investigate alerts, and lead incident response from detection to resolution.
• Vulnerability Management Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, identify system weaknesses, and drive timely remediation.
• Security Design & Implementation Define and review security requirements for new systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Policy & Protocol Development Create, maintain, and improve security policies, incident response procedures, and configuration standards for firewalls, SIEM, and endpoint protection tools.
• Reporting & Communication Produce detailed reports on incidents, risks, and compliance posture; conduct root cause analyses and present findings with actionable recommendations.
• Security Awareness Lead employee training and awareness initiatives to promote secure behaviours and reduce organisational risk.
• Continuous Improvement Participate in security projects that enhance monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.
