As the backbone of national healthcare systems in multiple countries, we enable actionable insights to improve patient care, drive operational efficiency, and foster innovation in biotech and pharma. Our mission is to empower healthcare providers, governments, and researchers with integrated data and analytics to make data-driven decisions that close care gaps and enhance health outcomes.

About the Role

We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the right hand to the SVP staff / business operations internal program leader for Health Data Intelligence (HDI), driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of key programs. This role offers high visibility and impact, requiring collaboration across multiple teams, including senior executives, technical teams, and external partners. A successful candidate will have big-tech talent acquisition experience alongside strong program management capabilities. This is a dynamic opportunity for a proactive leader passionate about solving complex problems, managing ambiguity, and driving impactful outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring Oracle's Health Data Intelligence priorities are effectively executed.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely and on-scope delivery by coordinating with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and other stakeholders. Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to integrate workforce planning into strategic programs. Leverage experience in recruiting within a large tech environment to align hiring strategies with program goals. Manage scope, milestones, and plans for strategic programs while maintaining comprehensive documentation and regular status dashboards. Facilitate priorities, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to leadership as necessary. Work closely with senior executives, architects, and external partners to turn ideas into mature programs and products. Foster communication and collaboration across diverse teams. Identify and implement opportunities to improve business processes and establish consistent project norms. Lead retrospectives to optimize future project effectiveness. Deliver written and verbal updates to senior leadership, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights. Build positive relationships across internal teams and leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience is also considered. 5+ years of experience in program / project management, preferably spanning multiple divisions or senior stakeholders in a tech environment. Experience in talent acquisition within a large tech company, particularly managing workforce needs tied to strategic objectives. Strong understanding of business process design and project planning. Demonstrated success in matrixed environments with the ability to inspire trust and drive results. Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems in dynamic settings. Experience managing cloud-based programs or enterprise cloud solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS). Background in health data, analytics, or similar industries. Knowledge of human-centered design or design thinking approaches.

A mission-driven organization making an impact in global healthcare. Collaboration with a high-caliber team working on cutting-edge healthcare data solutions. Professional growth opportunities, including pathways to senior leadership roles. Flexible work environment, with a preference for Pacific Time Zone candidates.
