Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to support our sales Department and healthcare professionals. This remote role involves managing inquiries, processing purchase orders, maintaining ERP records, and ensuring compliance with billing and inventory procedures.
Responsibilities
Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
Respond promptly and courteously to build positive business relationships
Address questions via phone, email, and fax; research responses with Sales team
Record customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
Determine service charges and coordinate with Corporate Accounts Receivable
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer data
Maintain customer pricing and enter contracts in ERP system
Implement procedures for accurate inventory billing and replenishment
Manage inventory shelf life and expiry records
Accurately process and manage approximately 750 purchase orders monthly (after initial 30 days)
Collaborate with internal teams via Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Ensure compliance with established processes and meet month-end deadlines
Flexibility to work overtime, including blackout dates and weekends
Minimum Qualifications
Prior experience in medical billing and purchase agreements (non-call center environment)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and remote collaboration tools
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
Receptive to coaching and feedback
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems and inventory management
Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and terminology
Ability to handle high-volume purchase order processing
