Job Type : Full-Time Freelance Contract (Flexible Hours)

Compensation : COMMISSION ONLY – Earn between $1,000–$10,000 monthly based on performance (on average)

Job Summary

As an Influencer & Talent Agent, you’ll exclusively represent a roster of talent provided by Clicks Talent, proactively securing brand deals and maximizing earning potential for our influencers. Leveraging our in-house software and your expertise, you\'ll cultivate strong relationships, negotiate lucrative contracts, and strategically grow influencer careers.

What You’ll Do

• Talent Representation — Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content.
• Brand Partnerships — Secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, creating successful campaigns for your talent roster.
• Relationship Building — Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands to ensure successful collaborations.
• Strategic Growth — Develop targeted strategies alongside our internal teams to expand influencer reach, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth.
• Autonomous & Flexible Work — Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment, driving your own success.
