Sitting At The Intersection Of Product, Engineering, Customer Success, And Go-To-Market (Gtm), This Role Ensures Alignment, Data-Informed Decision-Making, And Operational Excellence.

Create Onboarding Programs And Repeatable Playbooks To Ensure Consistency And Speed-To-Impact For Product Teams.

Define And Embed Best Practices For Discovery, Roadmap Hygiene, Retrospectives, And Gtm Enablement.

Strategy & Execution Alignment

Drive Annual And Quarterly Product Planning Cycles, Ensuring Roadmaps Are Strategically Aligned And Grounded In Customer And Market Insights.

Ensure Seamless Alignment With Gtm Functions On Pricing, Packaging, Positioning, Enablement, And Customer Communications.

Build Scalable Systems For Collecting, Categorizing, And Prioritizing Customer Feedback, Ensuring Insights Flow Into Strategy And Executive Decision-Making.

Identify Bottlenecks And Inefficiencies, And Implement Improvements That Increase Velocity Without Adding Bureaucracy.

Define And Enforce Organizational Readiness Frameworks For Major Launches, Ensuring Cross-Functional Coordination.

Requirements

10+ Years In Product Management And / Or Product Operations, Including 5+ Years In Leadership At A Saas Company.

Proven Ability To Build Operational Frameworks From The Ground Up In High-Growth Environments.

Strong Program Management Skills, Able To Juggle Multiple Priorities And Hold Teams Accountable.

Deep Understanding Of Saas Metrics (Arr, Nrr, Cac, Ltv, Adoption, Churn, Etc.) And How To Align Them With Product Goals.

Experience Mentoring Product Managers And Operations Professionals.

Excellent Communication And Storytelling Skills, Able To Influence Executives And Inspire Teams Cross-Functionally.

Hands-On With Modern Product And Collaboration Tools.
