The ideal candidate can independently manage pre-wires, trim-out phases, and rack builds, and is eager to expand programming knowledge.
You will work directly in luxury home environments, where professionalism and a polished presence are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Independently execute structured wiring, pre-wires, trim, and rack buildsRead and follow detailed project plans and schematicsSupport and / or lead small teams on-site depending on experience levelLearn and begin programming platforms such as Crestron, Lutron, and BasaltCollaborate with project managers and team leads to ensure project successRepresent the company with professionalism in high-end residential settingsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed Qualifications2–5 years of experience in residential AV or home automation integrationProven ability to work independently on tasks like pre-wires and rack buildingExperience with systems like Control4, Savant, or similar is welcomedWillingness and aptitude to learn programming and control systemsStrong communication skills and client-ready presentationReliable, punctual, and self-motivatedClean driving record and ability to pass background check Preferred QualificationsPrior exposure to Crestron, Lutron, or Basalt programmingPrevious leadership experience or mentoring of junior techsCertifications in AV or home automation platforms BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Company HolidaysHealth care stipend (included in paycheck; taxed)Simple IRA with company matchOngoing training and development opportunities Compensation$28–36 / hour ($58,000–$75,000 / year), depending on experienceFlexible for top-tier candidates who bring extra value Powered by JazzHR
