MAROONMIDNIGHTS (MMN) Provide IT support and solutions developed for National Cryptologic University classified training enclaves and unclassified learning centers. including: Directory Services (DS): Architecture, governance, development, implementation, maintenance, and oversight of EIT’s Active Directories and Directory Management for all Enterprise Services on all domains. Desktop and Enclave Services (DES): governance, development, implementation, maintenance, and oversight of EIT’s desktop, mobile platforms, Virtual Desktop Infrastructures (VDI) and Trusted Thin Client (TTC).
AT&T has an opening for a System Administrator: To support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of information Technology (IT) systems Enterprise IT (EIT) mission obligations.
This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities: Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 and Tier 3(Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. (NOTE: Four (4) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree). Ten (10) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Four (4) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) is required
Certifications Required:
DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification, and Computing Environment (CE) Certification taken from the list below:
Computing Environment (CE) Certification. The CE certification requirements can be fulfilled with either:
Desired Qualifications: Understanding of the concepts of mission islands, Trusted Thin Client, and enhanced VDI (e.g., remote GPU and memory scaling).

Our System Administrator (SA2) (Government) earns between $87,600 - $153,000yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
