What does a Sr. Product Manager do?

As a Senior Product Manager at RTO National, you will serve as a strategic liaison bridging the gap between business operations teams and solution implementation teams, including Software Development, Business Intelligence, and IT. This pivotal role encompasses owning the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle from a business perspective. You will partner with department leads to gain a deep understanding of organizational goals, translating them into clear and actionable product requirements.

Your expertise will ensure that project delivery aligns seamlessly with these objectives. Acting as the central point of communication, you will drive alignment, visibility, and confidence among all project stakeholders, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence that is essential for the success of our initiatives in the finance industry.

What we're looking for in a Sr. Product Manager

To excel as a Senior Product Manager at RTO National, a robust skill set is essential for successful navigation through the complexities of product delivery. Your experience in stakeholder engagement will be crucial as you translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements. Owning the end-to-end feature lifecycle from concept to delivery requires strong project management skills and the ability to serve as the face of the product to the operations teams. Collaboration with leadership is vital for maintaining a transparent and strategic product roadmap while anticipating user adoption challenges to support effective change management.

Additionally, ensuring alignment across all teams regarding scope, timelines, and business goals is fundamental. A strong understanding of SQL and relational databases will be a significant advantage, particularly when validating data, supporting business intelligence / reporting requirements, and collaborating effectively with technical and analytics teams in the finance industry.
