A company is looking for a Care Coordinator I-Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Provides customer support via phone, email, or instant messaging to business customers, serving as the primary contact for inquiries
Processes a high volume of customer inquiries regarding products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries
Tracks and documents inbound support requests, ensuring accurate entry of customer information and following up on escalated issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferable
Equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience may be considered
Knowledge of the company's products and services is necessary for resolving customer inquiries
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in a customer service role is preferred
