A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict

Gather and organize documents, evidence, and conduct legal research for cases

Prepare and draft legal documents, attend court hearings, and monitor changes in laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in the relevant state

Experience in insurance defense litigation preferred

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
