Growing consumer lending is a top priority for American Express, especially as the company mobilizes to capitalize on key growth opportunities. As a result, the Product Management and Lending (PML) organization has been created to evolve our portfolio and transform the way we meet customers' borrowing needs in an evolving landscape. Within PML, the U.S. Insurance Team owns a portfolio of No Additional Charge (NAC) and fee-based insurance products and services for customers across the Consumer, Small Business and Corporate portfolios, totaling $170M in Revenue. The team has an ambitious growth plan to double revenue in three years. The Senior Manager, Insurance Product Strategy supports this objective by ensuring the ongoing health of the portfolio and innovating new strategies for Premium Car Rental Protection and / or Trip Cancel Guard Products. This includes core aspects of portfolio management (e.g., P&L management, engagement strategies, NPS and complaint tracking), product strategy (e.g., value proposition definition, product refresh), and external partnership management. This is a great opportunity to not only get hands-on experience maintaining innovative products, but also to hone knowledge and expertise in managing products and strategic partner relationships. This position includes leadership of one Direct Report.

Salary Range : $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
