We’re looking for an organized, customer-obsessed Aftermarket Parts Counter Advisor at our Normal, IL distribution facility.

What you'll do

• Respond to questions in person and by phone; provide precise product, pricing, and shipping details.
• Maintain pricing and availability records in our business systems.
• Enter and manage customer orders; suggest add-on components and offer technical assistance as needed.
• Contact truck-run customers to capture orders and ensure timely order placement.
• Call customers the same day regarding backorders and delivery commitments.
• Engage in company-led sales campaigns aimed at prospects and lapsed or declining customers.
• Research and resolve service complaints, escalating to management for direction when appropriate.
• Process warranty and return requests, completing all required forms and documentation.
• Monitor and trace shipments to keep customers informed.
• Support additional tasks and other duties as assigned.
