A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Claims.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the business analyst team's activities and mentor newer members

Facilitate client meetings to gather requirements and explore solutions

Create test scenarios and plans to verify that client requirements are met

Required Qualifications and Education

6 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position, preferably in Health Care / Health Insurance

Strong background in Medicaid and claim processing

Experience with project and change management tools

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and waterfall methodology

Experience with Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) benefit plan configuration updates
