Fixed Operations Analyst Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, reporting tools, and databases used to support Fixed Operations.
• Collect, summarize, and utilize data to produce monthly reporting and management presentations.
• Provide meaningful insights based on results & deliver recommendations for forecasting, for sales and margin opportunities, and for process improvements on an ongoing basis.
• Perform market and sales financial analysis using Polk data and various financial and sales metrics in order to identify trends and opportunities in order to achieve the business plan.
• Maintain current reporting systems and data. This includes identifying and correcting any reporting issues and providing user support and guidance regarding report content.
• Respond quickly and effectively to new user requests, including evaluation of end user needs, design, documentation, development, test and deployment of new reports / dashboards.
• Utilize Access and Excel to develop, maintain, and verify accuracy of financial reporting.
• Assist Field Management with system support / general usage.
• Coordinate meetings between corporate and dealership management.
• Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technology changes in products and services.
• Work closely with accounting department and fixed operations managers to develop and document reporting processes.
• Potential for up to 25% travel.

Fixed Operations Analyst Requirements

Education and Experience - A Bachelors degree in Business or Accounting and three years experience in financial / operational analysis, controlling or business unit accounting is required. Must be familiar with Fixed Operations specifically.
