Job descriptionUnrestrictive Illinois license prior to start Board Certified or Board Eligibility 2 year base guarantee Sign-On bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance all available Residency stipends available for those still finishing residency 20 days off + 6 holidays per year 1 extra day off is earned each year of service until 10 extra days have been earned with 10 years of service, which would give a total of 30 days off + 6 holidays CME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal year Opportunities to earn productivity and quality bonuses J1 and H1B Visa needs can be considered
Job Description
HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC / BE Physician to join our Primary Care team at our Clinton County Rural Health Clinic in Breese, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.
Practice Highlights
- Well established, growing practice with great community and hospital support
- 100% Outpatient Practice
- Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
- Minimal call through group shared call – 1 weekday call day per week and 1 : 12 weekend call.
- Dedicated support staff provided
- EPIC EMR
