We are seeking a Support staff memeber. Full time employee working lunch and / or dinner shift.

Our resturant recently opened in late 2024 and have been able to build amazing location for locals and visitors to the City of Coral Gables. Lead by stong team in BOH and FOH has cultivated a culture of hospitality, hard work and fun!

Primary

• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of the restaurant.
• Set and reset tables with clean cutlery, sharing plates, etc.
• Clear tables after guests, wipe tables with clean dampened cloths or replace dirty tablecloths.
• Promptly clean tabletops, chairs, booths, and the floor under and around tables between guests.
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for the next course.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest requests to the server as needed.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Take soiled tableware to the designated area, and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, and glassware for

cleaning.
