The Consumer Product Group engineers strive to make the Coinbase retail app the easiest-to-use and fastest experience for accessing the crypto.

Subteam Overview :

The Growth Foundations team builds platforms that are used by other Coinbase teams to deliver all types of notifications to our users at scale. What we look for in you :

• You have at least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
• Youve designed, built, scaled and maintained production services, and know how to compose a service oriented architecture.
• You write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers.
• Youre passionate about building an open financial system that brings the world together.

For select roles, Coinbase is piloting an AI tool b ased on machine learning technologies to conduct initial screening interviews to qualified applicants. The tool simulates realistic interview scenarios and engages in dynamic conversation. Your interview responses, in the form of a voice recording and / or transcript will be assessed in terms of the job qualifications and characteristics listed in the position description above by a human recruiter.

For other select roles, Coinbase is piloting BrightHire, an AI interview intelligence platform, to transcribe and summarize interview notes, allowing our interviewers to fully focus on you as the candidate.

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Pay Range : $186,005$218,900 USD
