Fusion SaaS ERP Lead

A company is looking for a Fusion SaaS ERP Functional Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service support by diagnosing, replicating, and resolving complex functional and technical issues

Analyze existing programs, formulate logic for new systems, and develop implementation plans

Perform impact analysis and provide recommendations for SaaS updates and regression testing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred

6 to 10+ years of experience in ERP systems, specifically Fusion SaaS ERP financial modules

Strong knowledge of Fusion SaaS ERP business processes and implementation support

US Citizenship required due to security clearance needs

Flexibility to work off hours or weekends as necessary
