Responsibilities of the Behavior Technician (RBT) :
Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy to clients in various settings including home, school, and community.
Execute treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Accurately collect and document data on client progress.
Work collaboratively with families and team members to promote client success.
Ensure a safe and positive environment throughout therapy sessions.
Qualifications for the Behavior Technician (RBT) :
Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
A High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred.
Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to pass a background check.
Dependable transportation and a willingness to travel locally.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism.
