What You'll Do : Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any security-related irregularities or incidents encountered during patrols. Communicate clearly with other Allied Universal personnel and property management as needed. Assist with access control procedures and visitor management based on site requirements. Document and maintain detailed records of daily activities and incidents according to company and site protocols. Minimum Requirements : A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
