With more than 800 products, Iberia Foods has a solid position as the definitive connection to the Caribbean and Latin American cuisine. We are seeking for a reliable customer service personnel to join our team.
This is a part time role.
The shift for the customer service personnel will be 3pm to 8pm - flexibility required is required
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Entering Manual Price Changes (High email volume) - Main task
Answering and directing phone calls
Assisting with processing Settlements
Cross training in all field should someone call out.
Assisting Office Manager with other tasks ( creating gift baskets, posting credits, misc...)
Position Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling manual price changes and high email volume.
Basic computer proficiency, including email management and data entry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for answering and directing phone calls.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Willingness to learn and ability to be cross-trained in various administrative and office functions.
Strong organizational skills for assisting with settlements, credits, gift baskets, and miscellaneous tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work the scheduled 3 PM - 8 PM shift with additional flexibility as required.
Positive attitude and team-player mindset, with readiness to support the Office Manager and other departments.
