Join our dynamic and fast-paced team as an Accounts Payable Specialist, where you will handle high-volume invoice processing in a collaborative and growing environment. This role involves working with both PO and Non-PO invoices, utilizing SAP and Excel for efficient processing.

Responsibilities

Process a high volume of over 200 invoices per day, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Submit Non-PO invoices for approval, make necessary adjustments, and reroute as needed upon rejection.

Conduct a 3-way match for invoices, selecting items and routing for payment.

Engage in both PO and Non-PO processing with a focus on larger volumes and dollar amounts.

Utilize Open Text for processing, requiring analytical skills.

Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to resolve issues and manage ticketing.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in SAP and Excel for data management and processing.

Experience with purchase orders, 3-way matching, and invoice processing.

Strong vendor communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and an analytical mindset.

Work Environment

The role is based in an in-office environment located conveniently near North Park Mall, offering plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. You will be part of a collaborative team of 13 members, with opportunities for growth within a large oil and gas company.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00 / hr.
