• Flexible Scheduling Options
• 4 days / week, 10-hour shifts
• 5 days / week, 8-hour shifts
• Monday start, no weekends required (unless on-call)
• What Youll Do
• Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OTR
• Assist patients in improving functional skills for daily living
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document progress
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Medicare guidelines
• What Were Looking For
• Active COTA license in Missouri
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or rehab setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Job Types : Part-time, Full-time

Pay : $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours : 30 40 per week
