Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Grain Origination Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing grain supply chains, building relationships with farmers and producers, and ensuring the successful origination of grain products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with local farmers, producers, and suppliers to secure grain supply.
• Monitor market trends and assess grain quality to optimize origination strategies.
• Coordinate logistics for grain transportation and storage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations from origination to delivery.
• Conduct market analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in developing and implementing origination strategies to achieve company goals.
• Represent the company at industry events and community meetings to promote grain sourcing initiatives.
