Title Clerk

Our client, is seeking a Title Support Representative to join their team.

Job Title: Title Support Representative

Location: Fort Worth,TX

Pay Range: $17-$19/hr

What's the Job?

• Handle incoming and outgoing department mail efficiently.
• File and/or perfect titles, complete state-to-state title transfers, and lease-to-retail title transfers.
• Complete title corrections, follow up on title deficiencies, and manage title vendor exceptions reports.
• Provide support to internal and external customers via phone or email to resolve title exceptions.
• Perform various administrative tasks related to title processing and management.

What's Needed?

• Experience in handling and processing vehicle titles is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial vehicle finance processes is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and processes efficiently.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in title processing and related tasks.
