Fill out our driver form to join the SDS-Rx fleet ofDedicated Delivery Contractors .

Responsibilities :

• Follow delivery routes and time schedules.
• Deliver a variety of pharmaceuticals and equipment.
• CARGO VAN Required to complete delivery routes.
• Load and Unload Totes / bags thatgenerally weigh under 20lbs.
• Handle delivery paperwork as instructed.
• Use own smartphone to enter delivery information.

Qualifications :

Auto insurance Bodily Injury Liability Limits with minimums of : $100K per person / $300K per accident

Valid US Drivers License with a minimum of 3 years driving experience in the US

Must be a minimum of 21years old.

Must Pass a Criminal Background check, MVR check (we go back 3 years),and Drug Screen.
