Overview

Introducing Moonlake, AI for creating real-time interactive content

Mission : Take all things non-product / engineering off the team’s plates so they can focus 100% on product.

Responsibilities

  • Finance : Basic FP&A, invoicing, vendor payments, budgeting hygiene.
  • Professional Services : manage tax, legal, real estate brokers, insurance, and other external partners.
  • Office & Logistics : own supplies, space, and day-to-day operational execution.
  • People Ops : offers, onboarding, ordering laptops, IT setup, light HR compliance.
  • General Ops Mindset : thrive in ambiguity, build lightweight processes, move fast without bureaucracy.

Signal Markers / Qualifications

  • Has set up or run finance / HR stacks at an early-stage startup.
  • Comfortable with tools like QuickBooks, Gusto, Brex / Ramp, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace.
  • Can show prior experience as the “catch-all” operator in a small, high-velocity team.
  • Bias for action : scrappy, resourceful, solves problems before founders notice them.
