Job description

Description :

Seeking a dedicated Case Manager to oversee a caseload within the client operations team. This role focuses on ensuring seamless service delivery providing family and provider support and maintaining strong communication throughout all stages of care.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain ongoing communication and build trust with families.
  • Support and guide providers to ensure optimal client care.
  • Address and resolve service-related issues promptly.
  • Facilitate insurance authorizations and monitor utilization.
  • Collaborate with recruiters for staffing and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure database updates.

Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to client confidentiality and ethical standards.
