JOB TYPE : Full time, salaried with benefits

SUMMARY : Carter Creek Winery is currently hiring an experienced Manager to oversee operations in the Tasting Room and Wine Club to include Ecommerce, Wine Club Memberships, Winery Event Management, Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality and Employee Management.

• Must create specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely action plans to remedy guest service deficiencies while driving Wine Club and Wine Retail / Tasting revenue streams.
• Manages all customer retention activities.
• Takes initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information. Maintains industry & community relationships.
• Maintain current knowledge and familiarity with wine industrys concepts, practices, and procedures.
• This position relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan, execute, attain and exceed goals. An extensive degree of creativity and vision is expected.
• Manages all customer retention activities. Takes initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information.
• Maintains industry & community relationships through active participation and representation of Carter Creek Winery.
• This position relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan, execute, attain and exceed goals. A high degree of creativity and vision is expected.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, train and retain talented team
• Prepares and monitors sales budget / forecast

JOB KNOWLEDGE :

PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Calculate figures and amounts. Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Collect, interpret, and / or analyze complex data and information. Understand and respond to a diverse populaion. Must be able to frequently lift and carry weights of up to 40 pounds at varying frequencies. Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, standing, and twisting in the performance of various tasks. Ability to stand for long periods of time
