As Head Of Manufacturing, you'll take the helm of our highly skilled team, overseeing every stage of production from creating parts through fulfillment. You'll champion cross-functional collaboration across our CNC, Build, Metal, and Finish specializations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of flawless products that exceed our clients' expectations.

Position Responsibilities

• Drive overall manufacturing performance, with full accountability for meeting production targets, quality standards, delivery deadlines, and safety / business compliance.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the entire manufacturing operation, aligning production with overall company goals and objectives.
• Oversee and guide the managers of each specialized manufacturing area (CNC, Build, Metal, Finish), ensuring efficient workflow, resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards.
• Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration between departments, prioritizing production schedules, resolving workflow bottlenecks, and maintaining a dynamic working environment.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain robust quality control measures, ensuring all products meet and exceed client specifications.
• Foster a culture of safety and environmental awareness within the manufacturing team.
• Develop and implement production schedules, managing capacity planning and resource allocation to meet client deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering, project management, and purchasing teams.
• Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the success of the manufacturing operation.
