The student relationship manager reports directly to the Team Leader. In case the Team Leader is not available, the SRM reports directly to the manager or the assigned senior position.
Responsibilities
- Understand the psychology, interests, and preferences of students and parents to counsel them about education abroad.
- Assist students in shortlisting courses and institutions.
- Ensure student / parent satisfaction by sorting out queries and guiding them through any ambiguities.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with prospective students.
- Help students / parents gain a deeper understanding of their concerns.
- Assist students / parents in making decisions and choices regarding possible ways forward.
- Set up a sales plan to achieve sales targets required by the company.
- Support and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and their families.
- Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall service levels.
- Report important issues (service, operational, HR) to direct senior level and propose solutions where possible.
- Perform other duties reasonably related to this position.
Requirements
The SRM should possess the following qualities :
Prior knowledge about Canada, including the education system, job opportunities, and visa processes; freshers are acceptable if they possess strong sales and intellectual skills.A university degree, fluency in English, and a good level of proficiency in common office software.Strong communication skills with a proven track record in sales and intellectual capabilities.How to Apply?
