Texas Licensed Claims Examiner

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner - Liability (REMOTE TX or WI).

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate commercial auto bodily injury claims and ensure proper documentation and coding

Manage the litigation process for litigated claims, including attending mediations and trials

Coordinate vendor management and oversee Defense Counsels assigned to litigated claims

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Five years of commercial auto bodily injury claims experience required

Professional certification as applicable to the line of business preferred

Secure and maintain State adjusting licenses as required for the position

Must acquire NY adjuster's license within six months of hire
