Customer Service Representative

Job Description Job Title : Customer Service Representative Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing telecommunications company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional service to our customers via phone and written communication. Your goal will be to solve problems, answer questions, and maintain our company's reputation for top-tier service. Key Responsibilities : Answer customer calls in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. Deliver knowledgeable service and an exceptional customer experience. Resolve customer inquiries related to billing, service issues, and more. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the BCN system, including transactions, comments, and complaints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs. Utilize BCN’s systems to assist customers and ensure smooth service delivery. Proficiently use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word for communication and record-keeping. Identify opportunities for additional sales with both new and existing customers. Coordinate with internal departments such as Service Assurance, Billing, Collections, and Provisioning to resolve customer issues. Work effectively with the team to meet individual and departmental goals daily. Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager or Supervisor. Requirements and Qualifications : 1 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the telecommunications industry. High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A positive, service-oriented attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Basic computer skills and excellent phone etiquette. Ability to work independently or collaborate within a team.
