A company is looking for a Claims Manager to lead the Claims team in the U.S. Benefits department.
Key Responsibilities
Organize, manage, and direct claims processors to achieve service performance and retention targets
Supervise team members, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
Manage processes for efficiency, support business initiatives, and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of management and medical insurance claims experience (or 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree)
Current knowledge of health information technologies and their applications
Working knowledge of CPT, ADA, HCPCs, ICD-10 codes, and insurance regulations
Experience with budget management and processing metrics
Ability to manage competing deadlines and work with matrix partners
