About the Team

Our Internal Medicine team is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for adults by focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of both acute and chronic conditions. As a Registered Nurse in our clinic, you will be vital in supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate care across specialty and primary care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation while following clinical protocols and quality standards.
• Utilize nursing processes to deliver individualized care and assess, educate, and triage patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to develop and evaluate care plans.
