Job descriptionTravel Infection Preventionalist role floating to Siloam Springs Regional Hospital. Infection Control duties include COVID specific tasks, rounds, phone calls, isolation orders, culture reviews, HAI reporting, and various infection control monitoring and reporting activities. Responsibilities include daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual infection control tasks and committee participation. Involvement in infection control projects and corporate initiatives. Use of multiple reporting platforms and databases such as Sentri7, PA-NEDSS, NHSN, and HHS. 3-5 years experience in infection prevention. Infection Preventionist certification through CIC required. Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Reason for opening and internal vacancy details not specified.
