Summary :

Were a fast-growing, privately held oil & gas company looking for a high-performing controller to take ownership of key accounting functions, financial reporting, and help lead the company through its next stage of growth.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor and managerial role reporting directly to executive leadership. Youll be instrumental in building out GAAP-compliant reporting, coordinating close cycles, and driving process improvement across multiple entities. The role offers broad exposure to financial reporting, revenue and JIB accounting, tax coordination, and acquisition integration.

The ideal candidate is trustworthy and extremely driven, with a Big 4 audit / tax background or experience at a major oil & gas company. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, challenge the status quo, and align with jade owls vision for growth. Youre self-motivated, highly competent, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Base Pay Range : $150,000 - $180,000

Restricted Stock Units : TBD

RSUs are provided based upon performance
