Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Medford, MA to bring on a Quality Inspector with CMM experience. This is a full-time position.

Pay : $27-$35 an hour depending on experience

Shift : 7 : 00am – 3 : 30pm, OT may be available

Position : Quality Inspector

Job Overview : We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector with a strong machine shop background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and a passion for ensuring high-quality standards in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts using CMM, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Program and operate CMM equipment to perform dimensional checks and generate inspection reports.
• Review blueprints and technical documentation to understand part specifications, tolerances, and quality requirements.
• Utilize various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify part dimensions and characteristics.
• Identify non-conformities and communicate findings effectively to relevant team members.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation for traceability and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.

Pay Details : $27.00 to $35.00 per hour
