CR Design is seeking a

Project Manager / Architect / Designer

with a strong

BIM (Revit) focus

to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work across a wide range of project types from

luxury residential to hospitality design

and to be involved in every stage, from concept through construction.

Position Details : Part-time / Hybrid

role with the potential to grow into full-time

Opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as we expand as a young, design and project delivery driven firm

What youll do :

Lead and support projects from design through completion

Develop and manage detailed Revit models

Oversee construction progress and quality

Review contracts, coordinate with consultants and contractors

Balance design creativity with technical precision

What were looking for :

58+ years of experience in architecture or design

Strong Revit / BIM expertise

Experience with construction administration and contracts

Strong communication and organizational skills

Licensure a plus (not required)
