Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and versatile part-time maintenance technician to join our team as an independent contractor (1099) . This individual will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and troubleshooting of building systems and equipment on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate is flexible, highly skilled, and comfortable working independently across a variety of maintenance areas.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems to maintain optimal performance and comfort.
• Maintain and service restaurant equipment, including fryers, Stoelting Ice Cream Machines, Electrofreeze Slush Machines and refrigeration units.
• Handle plumbing repairs, including pipes, drains, faucets, toilets, and water lines.
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Perform general building maintenance including electrical and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent calls.
• Maintain clear records of repairs, services, and parts used.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and company guidelines.
