Position Responsibilities :

• Train and develop volunteers to lead and participate in worship by using their gifts through audio, video, and lighting.
• To steward production equipment and resources at the Aiken Campus.
• To create and execute gatheringsthat incorporate the Worship Arts frame of audio, video, lighting, and music.
• To recruit, develop, and lead volunteers in skill and their walk with Jesus.
• To work alongside the Campus Pastor and Worship Leader to maintain a healthy team culture.
• Give and receive feedback to / from the Production Support Center team.
• Contribute to other ministry needs as requested.
• Hold the team accountable to the Missions, Pillars and Standards (MPS)of Production at NewSpring Church.
