An MGC Bartender needs to be a precise, quality-oriented mixologist, understanding the importance of both flavor and consistency. Our bartenders are meticulous when it comes to pre-shift preparation, inventories, and stock. They are obsessive about cleanliness. They will do anything for a member or coworker, and take pride in a level of service that exceeds all expectations.
