Locum Tenens Opportunity for Gastroenterologist near JOANNA, SC

Work Details

Support Staff : OR team and CRNA. APPS may be on shift as well.

Coverage Needed : Full-time

Patients per Day : 10

Patient Population / Age : Adult

Department Description : Outpatient and Inpatient GI. Preferences include Upper GI w / foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, with injection of varices, with banding of varices; ERCP, ERCP w / PEG; Liver biopsy; Insertion / mgmt of Sengstaken / Blakemore tube.

EMR : EPIC

Hospital Bed Size : 600

Special Procedures : EUS

Skills Required : Upper and lower GI with biopsy; Diagnostic; Therapeutic; Esophageal dilation / manometry with interpretation; Small bowel biopsy; Lower GI endoscopy; Sigmoidoscopy (Rigid); Colonoscopy w / biopsy, Colonoscopy w / excision of polyp. Advanced Endoscopy a plus.

State License Required : SC

DEA : Yes

CSR : Yes

Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS

Minimum Experience Required : 2 years
