Who You Are

As the VP of Project Controls, you have demonstrated experience in leading complex projects and program controls amongst a large group internal and external set of stakeholders for large-scale construction projects. You have successfully developed and implemented project control strategies in a large organization. You have partnered with cross-functional (XFN) teams to influence strategic direction. You have experience developing and driving action or operational adjustments based on project controls performance metrics. You have experience negotiating construction changes and complex construction claims related to cost, schedule, and other contract entitlements.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate for a key project leadership role leading project controls operations for an AI data center campus of unprecedented scale (1 GW+). The VP of Project Controls will not only be a technical subject matter expert overseeing all cost controls and commercial deliverables on the project and across multiple general contractors, subcontractors, OFCI vendors, and other key partners. This person will be a critical partner for the Construction Delivery, Pre-Construction, and Finance teams. Communication and organization skills are important in this highly collaborative, analytical, and strategic role. This position will work closely with the Design / Engineering, Pre-Construction, Construction Delivery, and Finance teams.
