Job descriptionMINIMUM EXPERIENCE : 1 year - Unit accepts first time travelers FLOATING : Within skillset; to sister facility GA License or Compact required State License verification (if applicable) - within 30 days prior to start date Annual Nursys (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) within 30 days prior to start date RTO : MAX 7 days, Blocked Scheduling is Not Guaranteed HOLIDAYS : If one major holiday falls in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below : Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving / Black Friday, Christmas Eve / Christmas Day, New Years Eve / New Years Day FULL COMPLIANCE REQUIRED to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule Unit accepts first time travelers Floating within skillset; to sister facility Photo ID Required Required for RN’s in following specialties : PACU / Pre-op / Endo / CSU (if these areas accept pediatric patients), ER Required for Mammo tech : Proof of 15 CEU's from last 3 years
