We are currently looking for a P/T Server.

Responsibilities:

· Take and deliver residents food orders in a timely manner. Knowing the details of the menu and items within the food that may impact a resident’s diet restrictions.

· Pour and serve beverages for residents, ensure hospitality bar is stocked and has fresh beverages.

· Keep the environment safe and clean by following the kitchen & dining room cleaning schedules.

· Observe residents for safety and report all changes in resident conditions effectively, accurately, and in a timely manner report to the Management team.

· Always observe and uphold resident rights as well as positively support residents with emotional and behavioral issues

· Assist residents to and from meals, deliver meals to residents’ apartments, and help serve in memory care as necessary.

· Perform other related duties as assigned and assist other staff as needed on the floors

Qualifications:

· Must be eighteen (18) years old, drug free, able to pass Criminal Background Check, and TB test.

· Maintains current Food Handlers, CPR and first aid certification, or willing to obtain.

· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret diet restrictions.

· Ability to prioritize and organize assignments.

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing in standard English.

Physical Demands and Requirements:

· Maintain ability to lift 50 pounds; to stand or walk throughout most of the workday; and to frequently push, pull, bend, twist and reach.

· Must be willing to be active and on feet during entire work shift.

· Involves light to heavy physical activity performing non-strenuous and strenuous activities.

· Must have sufficient manual dexterity to work with the fingers and to reach/hand items.

Compensation:

· Starting at $18/hr **We offer competitive wages and benefits including vacation & sick time **
