Requirement :

• Configuration Management / Mobile Device Management - JAMF - considerable experience
• Disk encryption on the MAC OS-Filevault
• User Access Management and MAC OS - interaction with Active Directory
• Big Fix (how it works with the MAC OS) - architecture and design and best practices
• Manages system / application mronment and ongoing operations :
• Performs on-call activities as needed for the environment and technologies Contribute input to infrastructure architecture
• Ensures that the technologies are updated with current stable, and complaint architecture and applications that meet enterprise standards
• Provide input into infrastructure architecture design Researches designs, implements and tests technology solutions :
• Collaborates with IT and business area partners on work groups and
• Troubleshoots software and / or hardware issues / fatures
• Ensures execution and alignment to architectural standards and blueprint Resolves alerts and performs remediation activities
• writes program mingenting
• Determines migration and upgrade impacts and diagnose resolve complex technology application errors
• Performs installation, monitoring, testing configuration, migration
• maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned technology (MAC)
• Proactively monitors and reports performance and utilization of assigned technologies :
• Assists with developing tactical strategies, processes and procedures related to systems / application administration
• operating system (MAC) JAMF Certifications a plus
