Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with an active NC or compact RN license and recent OR experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is in the Operating Room of an acute care hospital setting
  • Day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
  • 13-week assignment duration
  • Primary focus is perioperative nursing care in surgery
  • Patient population includes surgical patients across varied specialties
  • Provide perioperative care and circulate during surgical procedures
  • Current experience in the specialty of submission is required
  • Team-based setting with support from other OR staff
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply

  • Active NC or compact RN license required
  • Minimum of 1 year recent OR nursing experience is required
  • AHA or ARC BLS certification required with no expiration within first 30 days
  • No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
  • US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
