FirstService Residential is excited to announce a hiring event for a property in Sunny Isles
We’re looking for customer-focused, reliable, and professional individuals to join our growing team. If you have a passion for service and want to be part of a premier residential community, we want to meet you!
Our team is seeking :
- Maintenance Technician – $20 / hour
Candidates should have a basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems; flexibility to work weekends; and fluent English to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
This role requires administrative experience, with hospitality experience strongly preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable due to vendor coordination responsibilities.
