Our client, located in Eastern PA is looking to hire an experienced E-Commerce / Digital Account Manager to lead sales operations for commercial equipment in the manufacturing and distribution sector combining tactical order support with account management. Handle daily customer chats, process orders, manage key accounts and prospect new business when available.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer chats and complete orders
• Manage assigned key accounts and build relationships
• Conduct outbound prospecting during slower periods
• Coordinate with plant operations on fulfillment
• Prepare sales reports and attend monthly plant meetings
